To return an G16 Global Distribution item, you must first contact us via email at info@g16.co with a full description of why you are dissatisfied with your product. No refunds will be authorised after 21 days of receipt of the product. G16 Global Distribution will provide an exchange or issue a refund for all non-clearance items 21 days from when the item was received.  This is completely at our discretion and providing the items have all their original labels attached and are free from any defects.

If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for an exchange. If you do not follow this policy, we will only exchange defective items at our discretion. When a refund is submitted, G16 Global Distribution will refund the full amount of the price of the goods excluding shipping.

All returns should be sent back to G16 Global Distribution at the cost of the customer which is non refundable and should be sent on signed and tracked delivery. Once we receive your email, we will send you the best appropriate address to return the item to.

Due to the nature of our items, we do not accept returns for any product where the inner packaging has been opened including; Swab sticks, Result indicators, Face masks, Lancets and Collection tubes.
